Hello

My name is Krystal Chilton and I am the owner and operator of Everyday Beauty. My desire and aim is to provide a welcoming space where my clients can come and feel pampered, special and walk away with a spring in their step.

I have always had a passion for beauty, fashion, make up, nails and hair. I think it is important to put the time and effort into looking after yourself and feeling good. I find it can lift my mood and give me confidence to deal with life's ups and downs. Feeling good on the outside, helps me to feel good on the inside, which was a huge motivator for me to start my own nail and beauty room. I want to use my skills, passion and creativity to benefit my clients, so they too can feel good and look beautiful everyday. To see my client's confidence change and improve after finishing their beauty treatment, is such a wonderful feeling and leaves me eagerly looking forward to seeing my next client. It is a priceless feeling!

I am a perfectionist and I have great attention to detail. I pride myself on my quality work, which I am always looking to expand and grow.

My Story

I've been a lover of all things beauty for as long as I can remember. I embarked on a beauty journey after finishing school but another opportunity as a Dental Assistant took me in another direction for a while. That said, I have always jumped at any chance to create beauty in my spare time. Whether it was doing my friends hair and make up for a special occasion or doing a set of nails to practice my nail art, my passion has always been there.

I am also a wife of 15 years and a mother to my three wonderful daughters. I am a local to Glass House Mountains and I feel very fortunate to be able to do what I love for the people in my wonderful community.

I have previously worked as a Dental Assistant throughout my career, but I have craved the opportunity to choose a different career path, one that I have naturally gravitated towards...nails and beauty!

For many years I have created acrylic nails for myself, friends and family, but I knew that if I intended to open my own salon that I needed to become qualified. I completed my Certificate III in Nail Technology at Demi International Beauty School at Maroochydore in March 2022. I also completed two short courses in Lash Lift and Lash & Brow Services at The Beauty House Academy at Maroochydore in January 2022.

I did briefly open my own home based nail and beauty room, which I loved, but due to circumstances I had to close my business. I have now taken the opportunity to try again, but in a shop location instead. I aim to start slowly with the hopes to build and grow my business as my clientele base grows too.
